Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LocalRankReply (the "Service"), operated by LocalRankReply ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, adding a business, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Service.

LocalRankReply imports the publicly available Google reviews of businesses you have verified, and drafts replies to them using AI, based on the tone, signature, and business name you configure. If you turn on auto-draft, replies to four and five star reviews from the last 90 days are drafted for you in advance.

LocalRankReply never posts anything to Google. Every draft stays in your dashboard until you decide what to do with it. To publish a reply, you copy it and post it yourself through your own Google Business Profile, then mark the review as replied in your dashboard. If a later sync finds your reply on Google, we show it as confirmed there.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we'll try to give you notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.

You sign in to the Service with a Google account. Through Google sign-in we receive only your name, email address, and account identifier. We don't request access to your Google Business Profile and can't make changes to it. Our use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, as described further in our Privacy Policy.

Before we show you any reviews for a business, you must prove that you control the website listed on its Google listing, by adding a verification code to that domain's DNS records or to the page itself. You may only add businesses that you own or are authorized to manage. We re-check verification periodically; if it can no longer be confirmed, we may pause syncing for that business until it is restored.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to sign in, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@localrankreply.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

LocalRankReply offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Replies drafted by LocalRankReply are generated by AI based on the review text and the settings you provide. They're a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy, tone, or appropriateness for every situation. Because LocalRankReply never publishes on your behalf, a reply appears on Google only when you post it there yourself, and you are the publisher of every reply you post, whether you use a draft as written, edit it first, or write your own. You're solely responsible for the content of those replies. Read every draft before you post it.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Post replies that are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Attempt to access another business's account, reviews, or settings
• Add or verify a business that you don't own or aren't authorized to manage
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems
• Use the Service in a way that violates Google's own policies for Business Profiles
• Use automated means to access the Service outside of the interfaces we provide

The Service, including its design, code, and underlying technology, belongs to LocalRankReply and our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of your review content and any reply text you write or edit; you grant us the license needed to process that content in order to provide the Service, including generating drafts for you.

The Service depends on third parties, including Google for sign-in and a third-party data provider that supplies publicly available Google review data. Reviews may reach your dashboard with a delay, and review dates for older reviews are approximate. We're not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or data that is inaccurate or made unavailable by third parties outside our control. Your use of Google Business Profile, including posting replies there, remains subject to Google's own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-drafted replies will always be accurate or suitable for every review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalRankReply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service, remove your businesses, or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LocalRankReply as the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
